The bakery serves a single coffee and stands behind it: 100% Colombian Supremo, grown high in the Andes in rich volcanic soil, hand-picked, and roasted to a deep, robust colour. It is ground fresh through the day.
European-style espresso runs alongside it: espresso, cappuccino and latte macchiato, in regular and decaf.
